Apply for a Travel Grant

Takes 10 minutes. No cost to apply. We respond within 5 business days. If you have sarcoma and travel is a barrier to getting the care you need, we want to help.

Before You Apply

Confirm you meet these three criteria

We’ve kept eligibility simple. If all three apply to you, submit the form below — no physician referral required to start.

  1. Sarcoma diagnosis confirmed

You have a pathology-confirmed sarcoma diagnosis — any histological subtype, any stage.

  2. Treatment requires 50+ mile travel

Reaching the appropriate specialist or treatment center requires traveling 50 or more miles one way.

  3. Financial hardship from travel costs

The cost of travel represents a genuine financial burden relative to your household income.
