Confirm you meet these three criteria

We’ve kept eligibility simple. If all three apply to you, submit the form below. No physician referral is required to start your application.

  1. Sarcoma diagnosis confirmed

    You have a pathology-confirmed sarcoma diagnosis, any subtype, any stage, any age. Currently available to US patients only.

  2. You need access to a specialist center

    You need to travel to a specialist sarcoma center for initial diagnosis, consultation, surgery, or treatment you can't get locally. We prioritize patients 100+ miles from a major sarcoma center, but exceptions apply.

  3. Travel costs are a burden

    Getting to your specialist is a financial strain: distance, lost work time, or limited savings. No tax returns or income proof required.

What we cover: Flights (economy), hotel near the treatment center (for you and one companion), and ground transportation (rideshare, taxi, rental car, bus, train, or gas reimbursement). We book everything directly in your name -- no cash changes hands and there is nothing to pay back.Not covered: Medical treatment costs, medications, meals, rent, lost wages, or cash assistance.

Please note: We are a newly formed organization and grant availability depends on current funding. We review every application and will be transparent about what we can provide. If we cannot fund your travel, we will connect you with other resources for sarcoma patients.
