Austin Henry
Navy veteran and sarcoma survivor who got the specialist care that saved his life and met the patients who couldn't reach it. Founded Beat the Odds to dismantle that barrier and now leads the fund's strategy, donor partnerships, and grant operations.
Jennifer Flint
Sarcoma advocate with deep working knowledge of treatments, trials, and specialists, built through years of engaging directly with the oncology and research community. Puts that network to work for patients navigating diagnosis and the path to the right care.
Frehley Wilson
Director of Business Development at Fusable, where she leads revenue forecasting, performance tracking, and data-driven strategy across multiple markets. Joined the board after walking alongside close friends through their son's osteosarcoma battle, bringing financial discipline to ensure resources reach families who need them most.
Our medical advisors provide clinical guidance on grant eligibility and sarcoma treatment access. Advisory members serve voluntarily in a non-voting capacity.

Russell N. Stitzlein, MD
Chief of Orthopaedic Oncology, UC Irvine Health / UCI School of Medicine
Fellowship-trained musculoskeletal oncologist specializing in osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, limb salvage surgery, and reconstruction. Trained at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
